Reservation and cancellation policy
Check-in time: 03:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM.

- Only the number of people you have booked per room is allowed.

- For stays of more than three days, a change of towels is included.

- The price of the stay does not include daily cleaning. If you are interested in the cleaning service*, this will have an additional cost of 70€ per service, over the price of the stay. You must communicate upon arrival if you wish to hire this service. In case our staff is not available at the time of your arrival, please let us know by calling +34 665 799 215.
*The cleaning service includes: change of sheets, change of towels, cleaning of floors, bathrooms and kitchen.

- It is strictly forbidden to light candles in the rooms or anywhere on the premises.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the house, including electronic cigarettes.

- Please place towels in the bathroom basket when leaving the room.

- Children from 12 years of age are allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.
- No clothing may be hung on the balconies (towels, clothes, etc.).
Please note that Casa Tizón does not have an elevator. Access to the suites is exclusively by stairs, which are not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
From 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., the hours will be reserved for the guests' rest. We kindly ask you to avoid making excessive noise. In case of non-compliance with any of the terms detailed above, you will be expelled from the establishment without the right to any refund.
Cancellation policy: No refunds will be given once the reservation has been paid.
